The early morning pickup gets you there before everyone else (we only saw one other group while visiting the temples) - note that you don't actually see sunrise on the tour; I think "sunrise" refers to the fact that you're there early. But again, it's worth it to be there early and have the place to yourself! The included coffee (before seeing the temples) and Mi Quang breakfast (after the temples) was also a nice touch.
